Please allow for 1-2 working days for your order to be dispatched - Excluding public holidays (Victoria, Australia).
You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
The shipping rates are applied at the cart during the checkout process.
GAMA FITNESS WEAR does not accept any responsibility for customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply in the destination country. Under no circumstance, we will accept any orders back due to a rejection of customs charges.
We want you to love your GAMA FITNESS WEAR as much as we do! However, we understand that getting the correct size online can be a difficult task. If you are not 100% satisfied with the size chosen, changed your mind and wish to exchange or get a refund, simply follow the instructions below.
These rules must be followed in order to exchange or get a refund on your product:
- Items can be posted back within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns outside of this timeframe will not be accepted and will be returned back to you.
- Item must be unworn & unwashed (no distinct odors, blemishes, signs of wear etc.) Any items found to be in poor condition will be returned back to you.
- Original tags must be attached and in good condition. If the tags are removed, the item no longer qualifies for return.
How to return:
- Ensure all tags are attached and items are unworn as per the conditions above.
- E-mail us (email@example.com) with the intention of return and we will reply with some instructions.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
By returning your items, you, the customer has acknowledged and agreed to cover any costs involved in returning your items purchased.
We will endeavor to process your returned product as soon as we can once it is received at our warehouse. Once the return has been approved (the items must be in perfect condition and in their original packaging) you will receive an email advising how your return is being processed.
If you want to exchange products or sizes, you will only receive store coupon to repurchase your items for an existing order and the customer will be required to cover any costs involved in order to reship your goods.
If an exchange is out of stock, you will be automatically be refunded for the item.
Refunds can only be credited back to the credit card or PayPal account that was used to make the original purchase. The refund will be processed as soon as the items have been received by GAMA FITNESS WEAR, however, please allow 14 days from the day you return the product for your account to be credited.
Please also ensure that you keep your postal receipt from the post office once your items have been shipped back to us. Your certificate of postage (receipt) will need to be kept in a safe place, as you will need this as proof of your return. If you are unable to present your receipt upon request as proof of postage, GAMA FITNESS WEAR reserves the right to refuse a refund or issue in-store credit.
We do not offer any exchanges or refunds on SALE items or purchases made using a discount voucher/code.
